Your intention is right. But court cannot provide like this kind of justice. Because court can give justice who affects (petitioner and accused) between them. They unable to give credit to third party (old age and orphanage institution). Is it clear?

What ever you said is right but not all are right. The time period for the talaq is 3 months of two times, such that TALAQ 3 month time, again TALAQ again 3 month time, and finally the Last TALAQ. This is how the ISLAM prescribed. The triple TALAQ Act not prohibited the pronouncement of TALAQ it prohibited only the pronouncement of INSTANT TRIPLE TALAQ. Further this prescribed form is only for the husband and ISLAM given more rights to the wife by means of saying KULA. If the wife said KULA one time then the marriage came to end instantly and no time period is there as how it prescribed for talaq. You never talked abt KULA so I wish to tell here !
