- In this episode, Drew dedicates his season to hunting a large 800 acre tract of land in the Atlanta suburbs to prove that we can successfully hunt "big woods" deer . After a disappointing early season, the buck that Drew has been waiting on finally shows up. The scouting and hard work put in seasons prior to learn Napoleon’s habits prove to be crucial when late season rolls around. In late December, Drew cuts Napoleon off going from bedding to food and finally ends the story on the biggest buck of his life!

They should get in on THP's public land challenge next year- would be super interesting to see how guys that typically hunt private/suburb/somewhat less pressured deer and throw them into a new public spot without food plots, mineral sites, etc. Also would be fun to see THP go hunt some burbs!

4J Outdoors hahaha the cop story was pretty crazy. The fenced in portion of the property was an industrial property within the 800 acres, all owned by the same person. The cop story: I was sitting in the stand before daylight and could see my truck from the stand. Someone called the cops on me and a cop car pulled up behind my truck and flashed his lights. So I got down, walked a few hundred yards out and showed him my credentials then walked back in and killed Napoleon 45 minutes later haha.
Now THATS a story!!! 😂😂 always something

Great video and well deserved. That's a buck of a lifetime. I know the feeling brother chased a deer for years with my dad, unfortunately, my dad passed away and three years later that monster buck walked right in front of me in the daylight-like I wasn't even there and I killed him. The feeling was unreal.

Fantastic video guys. Your videos inspired me to go out and seriously put the time and effort into bow hunting. After 3 missed shots the last few weeks, I finally took a deer. A small buck, but a starting point on this journey. I have been fishing for a long time and that can present its own challenges, but nothing is like talking a deer at 20 yards at full draw! Thank you for what you do and how you do it.

wow!! i can totally relate to your story as here in n.j. we always hunt tiny woodlots and multiple houses are always very close by and always in sight of wherever we are hunting..all the crap that goes along with that too..kids playing outside,dogs running around ,voices,joggers and of course usually a run in with the man every year also..it comes with the turf and its def. not for everyone but patience and time will usually produce sum really big bucks..congrats to you and that spectacular buck..

Buck of a lifetime. Production was very well done. But the feeders made me uncomfortable, and a whole in a pretty high chain linked fence with barbed wire on top being used to funnel his movement even more so, but to each their own!
The fenced in area is an industrial operation that is required to have a fence, however there are holes and open gates in it all over. The buck just happened to like that one corner because it opened up into a creek bottom
