Saw video no 30,31 & 32 perfect explanation & suggestions with respect to output voltage changes is correct or not. For understanding the circuit we can do practical with the help of trimmer pot. As clearly understood that IC duty cycle has 3 range variations typical, max & min, if we go below minimum range IC will attain UVLO condition & stop working. Little output variation is ok in the range of 1 or 2 voltage increase from the original output keeping in mind the secondary output capacitor voltage is greater than increased voltage else capacitor may short. To identify the resistance in secondary area attached with reference pin in small smps reference pin will always show continuity with both resistor R1 & R2 & R2 will be cold grounded. ,Once again Thanks a lot Sirji for wonderful explanation !!!!!!!!

12v 2amp की Smps की output पर 12v आ रही है और amp बिना load connect किये duty cycle की help से यह जान सकते है की smps 2amp का current देने के लिए ready है या यह out put me पूरा load देने के लिए ready है

As you said our auxiliary side voltage will also get drop if duty cycle below some threshhold percentage and capcitor wont provide enough voltage to pwm to operate then what is the solution if we change like 12v to 5v output please explain as it is required thankyou🫸🫷
Can't do anything in this. You can not lower the output voltage of an SMPS too much. It can only lower voltage upto a certain level until UVLO is activated. My next video will help you understand this better. So don't miss it 👍

Duty cycle badne par pulse ka ontime badta hai, ontime badne se current adhik samay tak transformer se pass hoga, jisse magnetically field adhik strong banegi. Aur jab wahi strong magnetic field collapse hogi, toh secondry me bhi strong yani ki adhik voltage banenge. Primary me ban rahi magnetic field ki strength hi ty karti hai ki secondry winding me kitne voltage banenge. Jitni strong magnetic field, utne adhik voltage.

Dear sir maan lo kisi smps me IN5399 diode lage hain or wo kharab hain .usski jagha main IN4007 diode laga deta hoon to kya main jo load IN5399 diode per chala raha tha wo IN4007 me bhi chalega ya smps par load pad jayega.🙏
1N5399 diode 1.5A ka hota hai, jabki 1N4007 diode 1A ka hai. Agar uss jagah current 1A se kam hai, tab to 1N4007 chal jayega. 1A se adhik hoga to nahi chalega dost ...

Bina fault trace kiye usko 14v par nahi la sakte. Fault to trace karna hi padega. Mere hisab se fault feedback section me hi hoga. Ek baar optocouplour ki pin 3 aur 4 ko short kar do aur phir supply on kar ke dekho. iss Surat me voltage nahi banane chahiye. Agar Aisa ho raha hai to pakka feedback section ka hi fault hai. Check kar ke batayen mujhe....

- Voltage divider ki resistance Jo output ke positive terminal aur TL431 pin1 ke beech lagi hai, open ho sakti hai.
- TL431 Open hoga, badal kar dekhen.
- Optocouplour ki pin1 par lagi resistance open hogi.
- Optocouplour kharab hoga, badal kar dekhen.
