Just tried this on my 2011 Pilot that had badly faded headlights. Polishing with Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish removed the film and restored the headlights. Thanks for a great video!!
Unfortunately, this didn't work on my 2008 Honda pilot. I wonder if it's something on the inside? Is there a way to clean the inside of the lens of the headlight lens? I have not tried to wet sand so may look that up to see what that process is, or if it's as easy as fine grit sandpaper and water or the compound? Otherwise, I'll have to look into replacing them. Great video though!
@@brownie1035 I tried the sand paper a little bit. Only one grit 800. It helped a little on one light but not really on the other that had lots of foggyness, but I didn't sand it very hard and do a long process with different grits and the lubricants as was scared I would scratch it. It really needs more of a professional person doing it. I can't just replace the lens either on this particular 2008 Honda Pilot. I have to replace the whole light housing. $500 a piece at the dealership. So I am just letting it be for now.

Nice demo! I've used this Meguiars coating many times, it lasts about 10 months before it is time for another polish and coating.

Is it really that easy. How long did it take to polish?
Hi, It doesn’t take long at all. If your headlights are really faded, then you’ll have to wet sand them first. But that doesn’t take long either.
cool..I just noticed my headlights were looking kinda bad...Thanks...love your videos..and LOVE my 2014 EX-L...
Thanks for watching! 😎
Polish worked great BUT the Meguiars headlight coating was not clear when sprayed on I do not recommend using it
Use 1 medium to heavy coat. (Too heavy and it will drip). If you use 2 light coats it will not be clear.
Hi, I can’t find the link to buy this polish and chemicals, can you help?
Check out the links in the video description.😎
Excellent presentation thank you, I also clean my johnson this way every night for the ladies😊
