Bro you might've muted the voice alerts. You can go to the settings & check for Vehicle setup and you'll find something Voice commands / alerts and you can switch that to 'ON'.

Sir, Voice command work fines. I have worked voice command with my two phones. Mi 11x pro nexon voice commond works good, but hey google took some time or need to repeat again. 2nd phone Samsung S23 works beautifully on nexon voice command and hey google command. As my experience, your phone settings should allow all access to the car. Secondly, phone quality also depends on converting car messages back to the phone . Other functions like open sunroof and change ac temperature work fine in both hindi and English language 👌
