I like this idea of try on and review videos! For me I think I'd rather have a couple of pairs of Stan Smith's, and then a few other different pairs of trainers to mix it up a bit instead of the Alexander McQueen's. It's like they've just made a chunky Stan Smith, I'd stick to the originals 😊

So fresh! Until Adidas makes a version of Stan Smith's with a thicker sole I think the Alexander McQueen's stand out and look fresher. Plus they have Black detail while Stan Smith only makes Navy, Green and Red. I also like the idea of a boost tall Josh...lol. Hi Josh, I bought 2 pair of these trainers (one pair black, one pair white) and love them. I took your advice and sized down one size and they will fit perfect so I thank you for this tip. I've bought a couple more "designer" trainers and it seems in many of them I've had to size down one size. Could be just another tactic the designer brands use to weed out the "fakes" out there. The quality is definately in the Alexander McQueens, they will last a long time.

I'm a huge Stan Smith fan, have been for a minute. I have had them in numerous colours over the years & currently own three, make that four pairs although one the pairs, has seen better days, but I still wear them to knock about in.
The leather on the McQueens does look quality I must say but I'm not a fan of the inflated soul so I won't be buying a pair anytime soon.
My choice for a premium white sneaker has been the Common Projects Achilles which I love, they take some breaking in at first but once broken-in they're a great classic silhouette although again a bit on the pricey side.
All in all, you can't go wrong with the Stan Smiths & if on a budget they are the trainer I'd recommend all day long for £70 or even much less if you can be bothered to shop around, for instance, the last pair I bought I got for £35, such a bargain; so that would be 12 pairs to the one pair of "Alexander McQueens" "may he rest in eternal peace" at £370...?

Absolutely do not size down...they are an unbelievably tight fit. He says they're not the comfiest trainer and they rub. That's because he's bought the wrong size. I would say from experience to size up by 0.5

Realgar Not sure if you’ve purchased them for your boyfriend, but I’m a size 8 in Nike Air Forces and a size 40.5 in Alexander McQueens. YSL sizing’s about the same as Alexander McQueens too.

I would never size down on sneaker with shoelace. Ideally you should get a size as big as possible given you can normally walk. I got fucked with Gucci Ace where almost all source say choose 1 size down. I did it and it’s a disaster. Should have chosen the normal size. I don’t think McQueen sizing is even more extreme than Gucci ace.
My favorite sneakers are from Axel Arigato. These are too robust to my taste.

Hi i brought some alexander mqueens and when trying them on a couple times i realised the back part of the shoe the black part where ‘alexander mqueen’ is written is creasing is that normal ?

These shoes are uncomfortable as fk!. However stylewise they are 🔥🔥🔥. Anyone have tips on breaking them in? I worn them several times and they still stiff and hard af. Super easy to clean though, very durable. Just brand new theyd be digging in your feet cause its soo hard and rigid.

Not at all hating when I say this but I was conflicted at first when buying a pair of AMQ’s because online people tell you to go the size below, others tell you true to size, I’m a size nine JUST. ( I’m closer to 8 1/2 ) and I bought a pair at size 9 and they fit perfectly and for a month now I’ve felt no rubbing at all.
