Shearers Volley vs Everton was what I was hoping for
I'm here two months later. Now Alan Shearer has heard about one of Haaland's records 😅
Bloody hell. Shearer was DESPERATE for praise throughout this interview. Kept setting Haaland up to mention him as inspiration but it never came. What a beg! 🤣
It was funny but to be fair Shearer in his prime was before Haaland was born lol
How? He’s literally asking a common question. Who did you look up to when your were young? How’s he begging for praise?
Lighting, cameras + lens choice on point for this interview.
Shearer: So any strikers you admire?
Haaland: VanPersie - great at volleying a football
Shearer: anyone else?
Haaland: Aguero obviously for what they did at City was amazing - well deserving of his statue
Shearer: anyone else?
Haaland: Well, although he played for the other side you would have to say Ronaldo - his free kicks were amazing
Shearer: anyone else?
Haaland: Dennis Bergkamp - that goal against Newcastle I could watch on repeat all day!
Shearer: anyone else?
Haaland: Gary Lineker - although he never played in the premier league and the footage is a bit grainy - you have to admire his tenancy at getting into the box at just the right time
Shearer: anyone else?
Haaland: Nobody else really springs to mind.
Shearer: Grrrrr - right, that's the end of the interview!
Humble .
As a Chelsea fan, im so amazed at this guys talent and really hoped for him to come to Cobham and solve our 'striker' issue. but ive followed him since Lipzeig and its very interesting to see how far his career will go
Vamos sity desde Ecuador saludos
Shearer is such a feisty wee Geordie. Great interview.
This is the most ive heard erling speak in a while.
8:50. Slightly odd camera work. Think the boys have a stalker.
"Alan, why are you so angry?" haha
Yes Erling they should play the ball more to you. That's a fact.
When they ignored him... They lost. They also want a goal for themselves so i think
On Erling's first game at the Etihad, Foden was very greedy and did not pass to him for an easy goal. This meant that he did not score on his home debut. Look at Haaland's reaction ruclips.net/video/tBJL5al_HWo/видео.html
A beautifully filmed interview
