If you wait a bit on the character select without pressing any button it will show the appearance of the character with the appearance you put on your preferred variation

@@texastv4272 there's a button on the main menu to access it. Not sure how it is for PS4 since I play on PC. And you'll have to be occasionally checking the store to see when the skin will be available.
