I really enjoyed this video, my father died when I was 16. I have memories of being in the woods with him but no pictures. I had two brothers that I hunted with over the years, there are some pictures of them but not enough. I'm 69 now and my brothers have passed, hunting isn't the same without them. Keep up the great videos looking forward to seeing more.
Appreciate the comment Paul. Sorry about your father and brothers. You make a good point...I don't think any of us take enough time to document our memories. Thanks for sharing👍
It’s very nice to see you even into adulthood you’re able to continue these memories with your dad. I hope to have the same experience with my boys once they are grown
Really enjoying your videos, great job putting them together. I know how much time it takes to get it done, but its worth it. Hopefully they will be up for generations to see. Again thanks for sharing
Really enjoyed that. I was up from Alabama hunting Maine for the first time that same week. Got on a couple of good tracks and got close once-until he lost me in a bog. Had a great time, though. Look forward to coming back.
What a great video to capture off the season. I have to say that your channel and content has added to my season this year, probably the same for others as well. Regards Mark
Great video, really enjoyed watching you and your dad do what you do best. I tried it last weekend in are muzzle loader season here in northern Michigan but no success. I sure had a great time trying. I jumped two in the pines and couldn't tell what they were. Never caught back up to them. We have a late doe season where I hunt and may have to get back up there for that. Thanks again for the sweet videos.
This is the way to deer hunt. I get so sick and tired of all the “outdoor” “hunting” vlogs and/or websites that talk about all their great hunts over feed plots in game preserves. Those writers and “hunters” know nothing about true tracking and hunting.
I hate the end of deer season. Not for the not getting a deer, but for having to wait an entire year to be able to do it again. Great videos!
It’s a long year Richard! You’re so right, a deer is just the icing on the cake…fun stuff👍. Have a wonderful Christmas!
@@MaineOutdoorEnthusiast Same to you and yours Paul!

I appreciate the kind comment Mark. You had a great season from what I saw! How did you make out with the muzzleloader?
@@MaineOutdoorEnthusiast No luck with the muzzleloader, but it was more of a reason to get out and walk around. I am not a big muzzleloader person.
Awesome video Paul. Just like your Dad I never got that big buck. Next year!
Its still so much fun nonetheless...there is always next year😉👍

I love tracking! I wouldn't want it any other way😁
Great video! Where do u buy those red wool jackets?
Thanks! Those particular jackets are pretty old. Mine is a Johnson wool coat I've had since I was 14. It's a bit special to me 😉.
