Looking at the Phomemo M110 thermal printer for candle making

I know this video is old but that company is amazing. I had an issue with my first printer not arriving & the company QUICKLY sent out another one & even told me that if the first one ever arrived that I could just keep it. Well about a month & a half later the second one showed up. The box was pretty beaten up but the printer itself was & still is working great. I love a company that has awesome customer service so Kudos to them for going above & beyond plus offering to help me with the set up if needed. I didn’t need the help because it is in fact very simple but still very appreciative. I am a double leg amputee so I’m wheelchair bound. Any small & compact products are always a Bonus in my opinion. Thanks for the great video 😊

From what I have heard regarding the thermal printers is if you use them for labels on candles, they change colors due to the heat. Not sure if you can verify that, especially the color labels. Also, can you import a logo?

This sort of thermal paper will definitely change color when it gets hot, but most candles don’t get that hot until the flame is fairly close to the label.
Brother TZ labels don’t have that problem because they have a “hidden” ribbon inside the cartridge. It uses a thermal head but the cartridge has ribbon inside so heat doesn’t change the image.

Hi! When I print UPC codes, they cannot be scanned at the postoffice. Do you have any idea why it doesn't work? The QR codes seem to be fine.

No ink, it’s thermal so it hot stamps the words onto the paper if that makes sense
