Ok but how do you get to bt audio whenever I get to media and try to press bt audio it's grayed out only aux isn't grayed out

I have skoda superb 2010 combi. i can pair my phone, and stream music at bad quality. when i click on the "Media" button, the BT-Audio is grayed out, or cannot be selected. the music being played is only shown on the MFD. My question is, why am i unable to select BT-Audio from the Media panel? can you pls help?
check that your phone is paired to "Bluetooth Handsfree and that there is a tick in Bluetooth Audio" as well
Currently on motorway got exact same issue. Bluetooth option not showing on phone. Got Bluetooth ticked on stereo panel. Frustrating.
@@GrosvenorGarage How do i do that? I can only pair to Kufatec Fiscon, no options under setup to change mode. Moreover, when paired, the phone takes over everything if i'm streaming music. Even if i click the radio, the music from phone will still be playing unless i used the MFD, go to bluetooth setup and disable a2d(something)
Uh...i just got this car and can only connect phone...cant seem to get music....i press on media and car is saying "no media available" or sth like that...i dont know what to do 😬😬

Hi, can you help me with the following situation?
I have the same Bolero. I connect my phone (Samsung S20+) via BT but i can only make calls, i cannot stream audio via BT. The option (BT AUDIO) appears in Bolero and also i activated the option "Activate Bluetooth audio" in Setup. What version BT have in your iPhone? In my Samsung i´ve v.5.0
