Awesome tool. I would've bought this instantly if it was a one time payment. It doesn't feel right for me to pay 150$/year for a bunch of small plugins but all I want/use is only one. Hope for @pluginplay sell them seperately soon.
Thanks for the feedback! We spent a lot of time thinking on how we could create an offering that provides access to a constant supply of new, premium AE tools while keeping it affordable. We are just getting started with our catalog and we have many more tools coming in the coming months, not just the ones on the platform now. I hope that we will be able to provide enough value over the coming months to change your mind! Also, we offer a monthly plan if you would just like to test out the tools!
@@pluginplay your library isnt robust enough for subscription model. allow people to purchase this individually until you have at least 10-15 useful plugins in your library!
There's no way I am gonna pay a subscription for plugins, especially considering the price. Knowing how many times a month or even a year I personally would be using them, it wouldn't be reasonable for everyone, unless you are aiming for big time professionals who are making a fair use of each plugins multiple days a week, otherwise I am pretty sure you 'd be making more money of them if the price would be lower and get rid of that subscription plan, for me it's really that, that makes them niche tools (when they're not actually), just that financial aspect of it ruins the potential of reaching a wider audience. So yeah... I think it HAS to be a one time pay for people to actually be motivated to spend on this. But this is definitely an amazing tool.
I'm fine with the subscription if only it was better than flow + lazy 2. One thing I hate about lazy 2 is the curve editor is stretchy and you retained that here? Why not just do it like flow? its curve editor has an aspect ratio so it can be dock comfortably on different workspace/layouts. Also, why not give the user a bunch of premade presets like flow? so the user can just click and choose then fine tune. Do you get it? if you really want to convince people to pay for subscription then make a worthy product all you have to do is create Flow with Curves/Lazy 2 functionality.
Great feedback! Regarding the aspect ratio, we can look at making this fixed. We maintained the responsive UI design so that it would be easier for users to dock, but if that is not the case I would love to learn more! Additionally, we have many presets that the tool ships with, just like flow :) Plus you can easily create your own and have different categories for them. Can I grab your email so that I can follow up? Mine is danny@pluginplay.app
Thanks for the feedback! We have opted for the subscription route due to our ability to create many more tools for our catalog. We plan on constantly expanding our products and growing the catalog to be extremely comprehensive for any After Effects user :)
I really, really, really like this extension. But there's absolutely no way this is worth $13 a month. What about the rest of your plugings? are you doing the same as grey scale gorilla where once you stop paying for your subscription you're basically locked out of old projects where you used plugin play's products? Honestly, there are products where a subscription makes sense, but there's no way you're convincing anyone that these need tons of maintenance, or that they're somehow worth more than absolutely crazy plugins like Motion 4 or free ones like Motion Tools Pro. Not trying to bash you guys here, you have nice products, but greediness is getting the best of you.
@@pluginplay honestly, props yo you for listening to your potential customers. Im pretty hard pressed to justify newton over phsyim now. Add buoyancy to it and it's a no brainer now.
I wanted to buy, but the subscription is a misunderstanding.
Could support to see multiple keyframes at once in the easing panel be added? Would buy, extension looks amazing
Sure thing! We can look into implementing that :)
Thats amazing!
