I have the Winston Wingback. You can fold cash once in the Wingback without it creasing. The Wingback is definitely more refined and overall more ascetically appealing and functional.
Great review! Natural Veg tan leather is a great leather to track your patina progress. Of all the Makers Marks and company brands I have to say Happy Patina is my least favorite. The wallets are fine, but companies like One Star, Wingback, and Lowtide, are much more functional and appealing.
I really liked the look lf the minimalist wallet, but only holding Euros seems like an oversight... That and the fact that it cant be purchased by itself seem like pretty poor choices on the company's part
You are way too generous in your scoring. For an unfinished, poorly designed wallet at that price, it should have gotten one star in a lot of categories. Because you’re so generous in your scores, your users can’t tell the good from the bad.
Mark, you're so generous. Great review as always.
The first wallet is basically identical to the wingback winston wallet, very simple but nice design
It is a nice design and think the wingback look is more to my taste being thinner leather. However, shame neither could hold a £50 (or $).
@ £50 note isn’t even a thing anymore so that’s not an issue
@ the old paper ones stopped, I am sure there is the new polymer one though. Admittedly my use of cash since pandemic is minimal.

Will you ever do a review of Fort Belvedere wallets from Gentleman’s Gazette?

Nice job! The bifold model does not quite speak to me but I will check out the company for other designs.
Hmm I have to agree with other comments, very lenient grading in this video. I wouldn't have rated it so high.
Can you review Bellroy Card Slip? I would like to know if I can keep couple of bills in the middle section along with a card.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX???!!!
Ashland Leather Shell Cordovan Johnny the Fox is still the best in my opinion
nice conception, but i think they could made wallets better. Ugly back side of machine stitch, but the face side is really goodlooking.

Great review as always. This is a hard pass for the quality, functionality (USD), and price point!

The minimalist wallet seems completely useless if it can only carry one currency
Looks very bad man
That minimalist wallet is so dumb. 1 cm wider and it would fit standard currencies and still be very slim.
Cao Serbia 🇷🇸 no1 coments
Too dang thick Mark
It's too complicated for an old, lazy guy. ha
Like all products and services you get today, do it yourself... They can't even be bothered to ship a finished product. This is really bad
