But scrap mechanic doesnt have any game mechanic to make enclosed rooms dry underwater. The sea level passes straight trough and drowns u
0:48. Idea, add a ship launch area to the dock you make. You know, how people launch huge tankers?
*I really like this ship, it's amazing. But can you please use something else? 3 lvl wooden blocks looks weird, without them the ship will look better, you can use 1 lvl wooden block, it weight the same and for the creative builds it is better, because it looks better when painted, there are no metal lines every 3 blocks*

why there is no game in which you can fully use the vehicles you have created. For example, an open world where players compete against each other. Or a world like in the world of warcraft. Scrap mechanic just a building simulator. Nice creativity btw.
01:54 you can actually have an interior in the hull if you have enough bubble block on the bottom that the hull sits on top of the water instead of a few blocks down. But you might need a lot of bubble block and maybe a gyro to make sure that the ship stays level.
It is awesome! I would use og wood (tier 1) I personally think it looks 1000x better than the new wood types...
Tier 3 wood floats WAY better than tier 1 wood

i got most of my build inspired by moonbo, it is really satisfying to build something that aesthetically functional practical.
can you get kAN, ScrapMan, and Kosmo to use that boat and the sub with you one in the sub one doing the crane controls one driving the boat and one maintenance person
really cool build. only thing i personally dislike is that the sub is deployed below the water instead of on it. also, if it's possible it would probably look pretty good if the door chair could also activate the crane

have you tried stormworks build and rescue yet? if not i would recommend it
stormworks is so so complicated. thats why i dont play it often

@@perfektsusanno9579 Well here is the thing... You only have one block option and you can paint only 1 colour. If you want to put any detail in one block then you have to use a paint block. There are engines and you need fuel pumps for the engine and power for the engine and throttle and you need stearing and power. you may need batteries and generators. The engines will explode if you dont have coolent so you need coolent pumps and radiators and water pipes and water tanks. You also need gas tanks which you can fill up it gets more complex when you have the hundreds of chips and then you have micro chips that have more hundreds of stuff then you get to the point where you can use "Lua" code scripts.
It takes hours for me to get stuff done. And all the creations are saved localy so if your computer gets whiped, all of your creations will be deleted.
@@JJW83641 ah its easy to manage oh and coding yeah... coding is the hard part and you forgot them reactors, and its normal for it to take hours and since i upload some of my creations to the workshop they will be saved and the steam cloud also saves it but the fun is in building all those complicated things and figuring it out on how to fix it (i think there is a mode where you dont have to hook every pipe up and dont need power

How you were talking about the bubble wrap for buoyancy, i might make solid block that is very buoyant. Also, nothing to say about the ship, moving parts make it way more impressive and if you include sounds then it deserves an Award!
Needs navigation lights, but still super impressive. As a boat person, it just bothers me that you did all the other details, but not the nav lights. :P
Honestly wish I could play scrap mechanic and do stuff like this. My computer isn’t high enough quality to handle it though.

You SHOULD try Fant’s Mod, it allows you to make actual working submarines
Idea; You should add a crane to the dock that can carry ships in to a water hangar thing
Really nice build for a vanilla build. I wish they made the normal wooden block the same boyancy though. Not a big fan of the ScrapMan wood block. But I understand the purpose.
I am sure 100+ other people will tell you, but Fant MOD has a water exclusion zone and it's customizable.
Also this build is glorious!

Try the FANT Mod. It has all the parts you need to build a ship and submarine. Works well with the vanilla stuff.
Can you do a multiplayer episode with scrapman and the others? U would have a crew! And I love your „Andalusia“ model! Its my fav boat!
Builds like these just makes us wish SM has more function like comfort power ups from Velhiem. Yeah, we need a radar to give us a minimap hud. Hope they can at least give us that by just making a round dish marker.
try stormworks! u can build boats, cars, planes, helicopter, tanks,subs, and more! it has realistick water phiciks!!! pls try it and make videos on it (on steam)
That is a well designed ship. I wouldn't have thought to put bow thrusters on it. The sub might benefit from additional thrusters if possible so you can control your dive angle a bit more.
"Radar" sound was bothering me a bit though. Usually its sonar that makes a sound not radar.
they should have a underwater air pocket system for ships and submarines, similar to sea of thieves, if there is a hole in your ship it would fill your ship up with water and you can use the bucket to remove the water

bearing lock would make the steering more like a rudder. that way you could cruise while turning and still walk around the ship.
Lag free well not for me when I spawn it cause I play scrap mechanic at 20-30 fps #crapcomputer

If the devs never add air pockets underwater, I hope they add diving suits or something to retain the fantasy.
