These trucks would just rust away if you left them, putting it on a new frame gives it personality, safety, and most importantly an exponentially increased lifespan.

Nice build, I have a 65 on an 09 that I drive most every day 45 minutes back and forth to work, it is hard to explain how much fun these trucks are to drive.

Awesome build! I’m from the Knoxville Iowa area, but am stationed in New Jersey. I’m planning on doing my 64 Galaxie onto a Lincoln town car frame. Your swap looks fantastic and like it’s a great cruiser.
I bought a parts car for my P71, and just sold the frame to a buddy that's doing this swap. I can't wait to see it.

Nice truck, I’ll be starting a build soon, curious to know how you kept the Vic dash, and steering, was it just a matter of cutting out the f100 fire wall?
Thanks and good luck with yours! Yes we just cut out the firewall and dash. We wanted to keep the original dash somehow but was easier and faster just cutting it out. when we have more patience another time we'll try and keep the dash 😂
Just keep watching the series I'm sure it's in there somewhere when it's on the lift being lowered down, can't remember for sure but that'll give you a better sight.

I’m in the middle of a swap with a unibody myself…I have the same wheels I think as you …I put my wheels on to mock it up and I think the wheels fit without boar the center hole as you said in video…am I missing something or maybe I need to check and make sure…could use some feed back…also thanks for the inspiration
They are mustang performance pack rims. There are two widths of rims but that shouldn't matter for boar in the center so not sure. If they fit they fit tho and you got lucky haha

Some of the guy doing this are getting very good at it for me it's the wiring and don't know any thing about 4.6 I did crown Victoria front suspension and 5.3

What did you put under the bumper to look like a spoiler / Splitter
Now this is a good question 😅 it's actually the trim plastic piece from the crown vic that goes by the rocker panel. It has the arrow indentations on it where the jacking points are 🤣
I’m 6’3, how tall are you? Do you have an issue with being comfortable in driver seat
Sean's 6'1 and he fits fine. It's comfortable but if it was any more close it wouldn't. We think less thick seats might help, but for now it's fine.
add another 50+ hours if you don’t have a lift &/or are mostly working by yourself
A lift and some helping hands really helps!
What size wheels and tires are you running?
I believe it's 255 squared on 19s

One does because the fender is bent wrong, if it wasn't then it would be perfect.

Is the interior the crown vic too? Thats a problem i have with the mod, i would like to lower my ranger and give it better handling but i also love the interior
You could leave the interior too and convert it, just takes longer

@@RandomPerson-ob1hk if you've got a lift it's definitely possible, you can buy a flux welder for $300 or so off Amazon and practice before you do the real thing.
have yall thought of welding a custom bumper together for the fummins?
