Great Video and very cool idea.
Im currently trying to build something similar,
what software did you use to create the panels to fit the keyboard / extensions in?
Did you print them in a 3D Printer or did you use a service that print them for you?

Initially, I 3D printed the panels, so I could be sure of the exact internal dimensions. Once I had something that had an ok fit, I exported the sketch as DXF and used that to define the outline of a PCB layout (the panels are made from FR4, which is the same material that goes into making PCBs)

You can use any powerbank that a) will fit inside and b) can deliver 5A of power or c) power it via the USBC socket next to the keyboard
