I know a lot of people were talking about how good this song is and how it relates to the story of X and Zero, but my memory of this song comes from dying over and over to the instakill lasers since I didn't realize that I could use Dark Hold.
The original song had the feeling of this overhanging dread, like both X and Zero knew that what was about to happen was coming. This cover kept that feeling and added a sense of epic ness on top of that. I love it, congrats on surpassing my second favourite song on my favourite X soundtrack.
Aways when playing listening to this i felt sad, but i still played because it was a nice game, so now we know metaverse is a cyberverse where people gonna be traped.
Maybe if it didn’t have an RNG based ending it would’ve sold well I liked the story arc tho trust me it hurts so much that and X6 didn’t do so hot or was frowned upon as I grew up playing those two
Theres so much emotion to this song its unreal. On one hand you have the sadness of the fans watching zero go maverick, then you have X realizing he has to fight his best friend. Also him realizing on let of them is going to die. Then you have all the robots and humans affected by this virus in an attempt to get zero to go crazy. Super powerful stuff. And Lenny again, you nailed it. It's such a great song
Zero made the ultrainstinct before Goku...I wont get tired telling this.... your covers are awesome so far and this song takes you to another place is like if you get the higher mental status

Yeah man i am glad for your covers, so now i am subscribed because this game actually was part of my childhood when i had a ps1 console, on my opnion games does not need realistic graphics, it has to fun the player, and this game with its anime like was one of the best i have played, well played the song piece.

I preffered this one that the original, the second phase of the song in the orig is so akward, feels like a different from each other. Unlike this one, the cover and its synchronization is on point!
