This needs to go viral so that the world can see their faith and also for medical specialists to help them if they can. There may not be any cure but there might be ways to stop or slow down their progress of their condition or just maybe make their lives a little bit more comfortable. May Allah help them and have mercy on them.

1- this life is a test, it is not about living in ultimate best material and physical conditions, even if you're the best of believers, you may live under the most harsh conditions, but tha only increases your rewards.
2- if a doctor were to offer to help, that would only be a reason, the ONE helping them is GOD and that a man is but a reason, it may work or not, ALL under the will of GOD.

2. It’s pretty obvious god isn’t helping them with their physical conditions. I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make. If your god made you that way and made your biological mother abandon you just to send a message, without just speaking to you, I wouldn’t worship that god.
3. How many people disagree with me is irrelevant. If a billion people think vampires are real, does that make them real? If 2 billion people think the earth is flat, is the earth flat now? We have been created by Allah and to Him we shall return. Life is a test. Everyone will be tested differently. Tested in Emaan, Islam, amal, wealth, poverty, other humans, illness, unemployment, employment, death of a loved one, natural disaster and so on. Believe, acknowledge and submit to Allah, to the Sunnah of His Messenger sallal lahu alaihi wa sallam, to His Deen. Do all that Allah made fardh. And keep away from the haram to ones ability. Have faith in Allah. Seek the good in this life and the next.
