A very good panel of experts. All four panelists represent the spirit of the Aligarh movement. Dr. Faiza's moderation is great. Prof. Perwez Talib and Prof. Tamkeen Rabbani are highly revered teachers, popular among students on the campus. Prof. Rahat Abrar has devoted his life to the research on Sir Syed and the Aligarh movement. Great to see all these stalwarts together.
Feel myself blessed as being a student of Parvaiz Talib Sir. Proud to be an Alig!! "Aligarh se to aap padh kar nikal jaate hain Lekin Aligarh aap me se kabhi nai nikalta"
Really a wonderful discussion.Thoroughly enjoyed it.Lekin tishnagi baqi rahi. The memory of Aligarh days sometimes fades due to the ups and downs of life but never dies. I left Aligarh after doing M.Sc.(Zoology) in 1980 and thereafter got appointed as lecturer in Ranchi University wherefrom I superannuated as Professor and Head, Department of Zoology in 2020. To make the bond still stronger and for the sake of perpetuation I got my eldest daughter married at Aligarh. I wish when I'm gone some of my kith and kin remain on AMU's soil and remember me.
Thoroughly enjoyed the discussion. Could relate to each and every sentence spoken by the esteemed panelists. Dr. Tamkeen khan, a very good teacher and clinician is three years junior to me, Mr. Parvez Talib's elder brother Mr. Javed Talib was the most sophisticated senior of Aftab hall. Rahat Abrar sahab se milne ka bahot ishtiyaq hai inshallah zaroor mulaqat karunga agar Allah ne waqt aur zindagi di. Aligarh Nostalgia ko meri dili mubarakbad ana best wishes. 👍
Aligarh ki yaaden hamesha peechha karti hain chaahe aap wahan hon ya na hon. Prof. Dr.Zeeshan Amir, student and Former lecturer at Deptt of Business Administration,AMU
MBA students and Dr Pervaiz Talib has always been closely bonded since he's not only a teacher but marvellous motivator and guides students in a way which was unique. Kisi ko na that uske Qad ka andaza, wo Aasmani tha aur sar jhukaye baitha tha.

Thanks to all,I have got the true spirit of feelings to being an Aligarian after passing from my beloved alma mater #AMU #Aligarh ❤️ when watched your(respected Ustaad) conversation lively ✊ Alhamdo'lillah
I am also happy to remain part of AMU during my graduation. But i am extremely disappointed to see lots of bhai bhateeja waad in AMU. Lots of partiality is there at the time of appointment of teaching staff and non teaching staff. One is appointed in most of the cases if he has good terms with senior professors or well known source. I have hurd marit is secondary consideration. In AMU it is common to see close relatives of existing professors being appointed so easily...it will kill this great institution one day
Hostel Life bahut kharab hai junior boys k sath bahut zyada hoti hai dar khof s junior larka sab bhul jata hai khan bahut kharab hai bhainsa ka gost milta hai

Their nostalgic experiences, in-depth knowledge, polished communication skills & enthusiastic style touched chord with the Alig baradari.

It's great to see the revered professors of Aligarh Muslim University. Especially the style of Prof. Parvaiz Talib sir. He is gem of AMU.
Yes, Prof. Parvaiz Talib is the magician on the dais who can charm you with his style, insights & oodles of infectious energy.
