When I make my breakfast sandwiches ahead, I like to reuse the english muffin bag to put them back in. I discard the cardboard insert and put the sandwiches in bagel style. I can usually fit them all back in and it saves me a ziplock bag.
Good tip. I'm going to do this.

I think we all need to be more ecologically minded. We can not continue to use Single use plastics. So if we all do our bit. It will help improve our environment as well as save us money.

Clean as I go!! You never know when there is going to be interruptions, so, I clean as I go. Also, I use a Spice cake mix with my pumpkin...makes delicious pumpkin cookies or muffins. The spice mix adds the flavor of real pumpkin!

Always clean as i go. Before i served dinner up to my kids, I'd fill the sink with soapy water and they would wash their own things when they finished. It was an absolute game changer with me working full time night shift and 3 kids. I know you didn't ask...it was just something i did to make it easier 😁

I don't fry bacon any longer. I bake it. No more popping hot grease in my face and all over the stove. Start with a cold oven, and turn your oven to 400 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes. (check often until it is the way you like it). Plus, I make my breakfast eggs in a cupcake pan and bake them. They come out the same size as the English muffin, and doesn't mess up your stove...new tips that I have learned and tried myself. (No going back)..lol... Your baby girl is a cutie pie..!
We make the cottage cheese desert for every holiday get together. We have always made it with the strawberry jello. I put the crushed pineapple in mine and it’s so good! We call it PINK CLOUD 🤗
When I make breakfast sandwiches I buy the patty sausage in a bag from Walmart. Also cooked my eggs in a big skillet that is square and got like six per cooking. Then wrapped mine in paper towel. Put in individual baggies, then the big bag so my husband could just grab one and go.
Our favorite version of the cottage cheese salad/desert is with 16 oz cottage cheese, at least 1/2 up to full container of cool whip, 1 pk orange jello,1 pk pineapple jello, a well drained can of crushed pineapple, 1 can mandarin oranges (lg or sm), and optional chopped walnuts. It's always a hit. I firmly believe in cleaning as you go. And I might as well chime in on the muffins, spice cake mix is the best. As always I enjoyed spending time with you.
My daughter has three sons 10; 8 & 4. Last April they added our sweet grand daughter. We love them all but oh how I am enjoying dressing her! I had bought so many khakis and polos. Now girlie things are more exciting. I clean as I go and my dishwasher is always emptied before I start.
Oh lucky you! We raised 3 sons and love them madly, but to dress a girl would be heaven. Hopefully we'll have a granddaughter.
Clean as we cook. I enjoyed seeing the reflection of the muffin dough in their cups through the side of your mixing bowl. BTW, fresh pineapple will prevent the hello from setting. Use canned pineapple or cook the fresh.

Oaklyn is so precious! We love the cottage cheese salad! We use strawberry jello, Cool Whip, drained fruit cocktail and bananas! Yum!
Definitely clean as I go! I hate clutter whether it's in the kitchen or any other part of the house (or garage). And the last thing I want to do after making soup, baking bread, or a whole meal is have a huge mess to clean up.

This recipe has been done in my family for more than 60 years. In the family cookbook it was called my sister maybelle's salad. It was orange Jell-O with mandarin oranges. I don't care what flavor it is I love it! :-)

I also love the sections that you have in your videos of different things like you can if you don’t wanna watch when you can go to like a different section and watch something else but I really love your videos because they’re simple and we need simple right now. Love your videos! The cottage cheese dessert you made we call "pink stuff" in my family. I'm sure it has a proper name I just don't know what it is. We always make it with either cherry, strawberry or raspberry jello-hence "pink stuff"- and we add pineapple, halved grapes, chopped walnuts, and a splash of vanilla extract. This is one dessert that easily lends itself to creativity and you can add pretty much anything to it. Very big in my family! BTW, I was blessed to hear your testimony, thank you for sharing.

I clean as i go when I am cooking dinner anything I dirty i put it in the dishwasher that way I don’t have anything to wash after I am done eating dinner . All I have to do is put the dinner plates in the dishwasher and clean up .

Love to see people's recipes and meal prep so loved this video! I clean as I go during the day but leave the dishes at night (although I think I pretty much always clean up drips and spills as I'm cooking/preparing) and my husband (retired) is usually the one to do dishes in the morning. Enjoy Oaklynn's sleeping because seems like she might be one of those babies who doesn't need as much sleep as others. Then 2 naps a day for a short time and then only ONE!!! I had one sleeper and one who didn't need much sleep at all. It was an adjustment to realize I wasn't going to get those breaks. That's what you get for having a little girl with her mom's energy!

That's not a lot to an Amish woman. I was amish, they tend to be elite. My mother worked 40hrs, came home ran a large garden, chickens, multiple farm animals. Had a routine of us kids and helped w school. And cooked and baked all our food( handmade)way more than this woman does. Made butter, noodles, not store bought. And wash clothes by hand
@@limitlesslove6724 i have only read about them in book by jodi picoult "plain truth". i see they rise so early and get productive! i also have seen them in the amish restaurants and i know they are very good cooks. amish food is delicious especially the baked goods.

I clean as I go, but just dishes. I keep a sink with very hot soapy water full while I'm baking. Then as I use a dish, I place in the hot water and soak. When I'm done and my bread is rising, I clean the dishes and put away, or start another bread.

I always add pumpkin pie spice to this muffin recipe which will also make cookies or bars.
You can pour your eggs into a cookie sheet and bake them then cut into squares.saves alot of fuss!!

So many people have been doing freezer meals... I need to get on the ball. These recipes sound yummy. I HIGHLY recommend buttermilk salad. It's not breakfast, but it's yummy.😊
We make that jello dessert in our family! We use raspberry jello and pineapple but we add a container of sour cream (cuts the sweetness)
I clean as I go. It makes it so much easier. I make about 6 loaves of my special banana bread for my neighbors. And a 81 I need to. Get everything done. Before I,run out of energy.

Hey Lynnete, so glad to be back after a month in Florida. My sister lives in Port Charolette and we needed to go to Shands Hospital for my brother in law's surgery. We passed Sarasota and of course I did give ya a wave. LOL. For me, I like to clean up as I go, but that definitly doesn't happen all the time. I use a big pan to wash things as I go also. Hey makes sense. Oakland, is absolutely the sweetest little angel. Thank you for sharing, and you gave me some motivation back and I think I will try those yogurt bars. God Bless

I make that cottage cheese stuff all the time. We call it ...gobbley goop....I always add some type of fruit...chunky pineapple, tropical fruit or whatever....drained of course..my family devours it❤️❤️❤️❤️

The only thing to make that baked oatmeal better is to put a handful of butterscotch (or chocolate) chips and a handful of coconut in the batter. On top, sprinkle pecans before baking. They have a really nice toasty flavor😊

My grandma used to make that jello salad, she’d add frozen strawberries in it and they’d be perfect and help thicken the salad when it was time to eat. Now I’ll have to go to Walmart tomorrow. 😊
Mmmmmm! Guess what, snowing, cloudy, yucky outside, so this morning I made your cottage cheese jello and added some pineapple tidbits, OMG! I'm in Loooovveee! I also made baked spaghetti with sausage and pepperoni and broccoli with corn and biscuits. Hubby even ate the jello, he really likes it. Thank you so much. Next will be the oatmeal bake!😉

I make the salad but use sugar free instant pistachio pudding mix, mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple with fat free cottage cheese and sugar free or fat free cool whip. Yummy.

I haven't seen anyone else do this cottage cheese jello. We call it cottage cheese fluff in my family. I switch out cherry, strawberry, or orange jello. I always put canned mandarin oranges, canned pineapple tidbits, and maraschino cherries in mine. It's slightly addictive and goes really fast around my house. Love your channel, btw. I just discovered it on RUclips.
We call the jello salad, Jello Fluff. We put the cottage cheese and jello in the blender or food processor till smooth, then stir in the topping and fruit. Lime with crushed pineapple and chopped nuts is yummy!!
