yeah that fight is pretty badly made, I had to cheese it with poison arrows while standing outside of aggro range to take out the two phantoms in order to beat the three of them.

@@patrickstar5136 true, and the worst thing about my experiences with that fight is that the first time I did it was in NG+, so they had even more health and hit even harder. Both the knight and the rouge sealer mage are the real problem, the dude you are actually trying to kill can be a joke in the right situations.
i just try to finish it quickly by focusing on parrying lautrec's attacks and reposte, while evading the other two guys.
i think I had the black knight sword +5, so it took two reposte iirc

Think iirc the best way to cheese that fight is to use poison arrows/knives. The shield guy is usually the last one I go for, but Lautrec and the mage are the easiest to cheese that way. Not to mention poison goes through blocking, it just builds up slower
I stood near Solaire's summon spot and shot an arrow, they gathered beneath the stairs and I just did a drop attack. There's also one time where I shot a Dragonslayer bow at them at roughly the same spot and they just ran towards the door at the end. Can't hit them that way since they're hidden behind the pillar and I believe arrows deal miniscule dmg at that distance.
If you're built for a drop attack kill I see it working, but for new players I find the poison cheese to be the best option. I was already practiced at parrying by the time I fought them, shotel is a little hard to parry cause it's a fast weapon. I mostly kited them after poisoning them in my first playthrough, the pillars are good for hiding from the mage soul arrow spam. Will admit that I was a little impatient waiting on the poison to kill, cause I started Dark Souls 1 with the original on Xbox 360. Think the hardest thing back then was trying to co-op with friends and/or family cause there was no pw system that 2, 3, and Bloodborne have back then. Well 2 technically has the nameplate ring and had to have people you want to play with match gods while wearing it to summon each other, it was kinda annoying, but it worked

In subsequent playthroughs I did as well, though that mage can still interrupt the reposte lol. Definitely good to cheese with parry cause Lautrec loves to parry the player
My understanding is that she doesn't have the mods and/or the resources to hire French Mods for her stream (and her discord), but if she had the capacity to do it, would she want to do it or is it just not in her plans? Because there's definitively a French audience who would like to speak French, but can't...
