It’s actually not a touch screen, it’s a normal screen, and the person on the actual computer that is projecting the screen is simulating Dr Phillys movements by drawing the lines and circles and other shapes and such

This young man was addressing an envelope and the 1 and the 6 are pushed together and this guy mistook it for a death threat because it is a child's scrawl.
