What’s the orange thing around his neck? He seemed overwhelmed by his environment and new environments. Even after the board and train he doesn’t seem super happy or excited to be doing the heeling. He’s looking off to the side a lot of the time like he’s unsure of his environment. The poor thing seems like an anxious personality.
