I think you proved your own point. If regular court is terrifying, wouldn't a softer approach make it less so? I have almost 0 faith in our law enforcement and judicial system as a whole. It has been corrupted by power and influence over the years and turned into a never ending cycle of plea deals between judges and prosecutors. They have almost everyone "terrified" of incarceration or financial penalties to the point it is a money making system of control. That's all it will ever be. However I was a participant in this particular group, and their approach was fantastic. And this particular judge (and many others) is far from bat shit crazy. In the end man was never made to judge another man, Jesus states it over and over in the Bible. Everyone of us will stand trial face to face with God and we will be judged with the same measure we judged with on this earth.
This is a propaganda piece. The dsm 5 states that hypothyroidism has to be treated before a physiocratic diagnose is made because hypothyroidism mimics many mental illnesss including the negative symptoms of physophria A good friend of mine was arrested on a minor charge and thrown in this system Despite being previously diagnosed and positive tests results during his confinement the facility refused to treat it misdiagnosed him as schiozenphrinic. the combination of refusing to treat the hypothyroidism and continuing to treat rhim for the misdiagnosed physophrinia resulted in his death Look up physiatrist drugs contricated by secondary hypothyroidism I am convinsed the court and facility did this delibertly to prevent a lawsuit. Their actions exceeded malpractice and entered the realm of criminal negligence I know for certain it was hypothyroidism because I slipped him t3 his symptoms cleared up and they gave him a clear psych evanlaluatoin I have it in writing all signed off. If any parents have their kids in this system and think it will help get a mental health lawyer and take what the court tells you with a grain of salt. Their motives are not pure
