I wanna be able to believe my gf when she tells me im beautiful. I wanna be able to have pure skin, but instead its covered in cuts. I want to be able to not burn myself because i hate myself, i wanna be able to take my relationship to the next step. I wanna be able to be around my frienda and gf without thinking about how ugly i am compared to them. I want to be able to go out in public again, i wanna be able to show my face without being ashamed. That wont happen anytime soon.

I feel you. But, I know it probably wont matter to you or change anything, but you have to take a leap of faith every once in a while. Even if you dont think it's true, every day, say at least one good thing about yourself. Its helped me a bit here and there.
Same. I know it doesn't matter if I'm going through a similar situation or not. But I can't leave my house without covering my entire body head to toe. I can't imagine myself in a relationship that would ever last because I think they'd hate my body and how ugly I am. No matter how many times people tell me I'm pretty if one person tells me I'm ugly it destroys my self-confidence that I've had to put together brick by brick. I know covid has been hard on others but honestly, it's been pretty nice for me because I finally get time to work on myself and build those bricks higher and higher with no one to break them down. For the first time in almost 5 or 6 years, I was ok with leaving my house with my arms and legs showing. I hope you can boost yourself up during covid time too, build your bricks high so when people try and knock them down its a little bit more difficult. I believe in you! Do your best! 😁👍

It helped me get through those dark times, helped soothe my soul and helped me see that I wanted to love my body. I was prescribed hormones today. I've been playing this song over and over again, trying to figure out how to get rid of this self hatred deep inside. I never told anyone about anything so everything feels so heavy. I’ve never seen my body as something beautiful. I’d look in the mirror and see myself as a “fat” person. How big my legs are. My calves are pretty big since usually girls don’t have big ones. I look at my thighs and see how wide they spread. I don’t I’ll ever see my body as skinny and it probably won’t ever will be. I don’t love myself and I’ll admit it. I’m trying to work on it. My friend one day took a video of me and at that moment I saw myself from a different perspective. My calves weren’t as big and I saw them, I looked pretty average. I almost cried because I’ve always avoided videos and pictures because I think I’ll ruin them with how I look. I saw what everyone else saw. I still think I can work on how I see myself and I’m getting better.

As much as people say this but time heals. I love myself and glad I’m out of such mindset. You just have to live and learn.

This speaks to me, but for a different reason than most. I know I will never be able to love my body until I can look in the mirror and see a boy, rather than a girl. I know I won't be able to love my voice until I sound like a male. I know I won't be able to love myself until I can get rid of dysphoria.

You need to talk to someone, if you can't / don't want to talk to your friends see if your school had a counselor, you could talk to him / her. This isn't coming from a pretty person, and let me just say - if you're ugly or pretty or average, it doesn't really matter, it doesn't change anything about you. I hope you feel better, it takes a long time to learn to love yourself, trust me, I still don't, but give it a chance.
