  • For my first real test of the Go 3S, I strapped it to my hat and recorded a Saturday morning walk for coffee on the famous W & OD Trail in Northern Virginia and in and around the beautiful city of Reston. If you're interested, the battery actually died at about exactly 30 minutes of 4K recording, at which point I popped it back in the dock and carried it for the rest of the walk. It's nice to have that option, and the camera charged up again fairly quickly!
And if you're just not interested in the camera itself, I hope you can find this nice little walk relaxing. I was having great conversation with my partner, so unfortunately I had to drop the audio and just add some chill royalty free tracks from RUclips. The next time I do a solo walk, I'll keep the audio as well.

just wondering was it recorded by pendant or hat? I am looking for pendant footage whether it would be shaky or not. thanks

Great question. I should have been clear about that. This was mostly hat clip footage. I posted another video walking around St. Augustine and that was wearing the pendant. I think it does a pretty good job either way.

I think the camera certainly suffers a bit in lower light situations. A lot of reviewers have noted this as well. It’s not terrible but certainly could be better. In good lighting though I think it’s pretty great.
