First of all many many congratulations for your 23k.....! Here is my question, Does we need to pay amount at the time of publishing? For eg: $4, this amount we have to pay? And how we will get our earnings?For eg: our 10 books sold for $10 each then how we will get our earnings?

Hi Shruti, I had previously just uploaded my book on kdp. There was one initial form before publishing that kdp requests one to fill, if you are not based in the US, the tax form, which is prove that you are not based in US by adding your Indian PAN card details.
@@dikshasharma4716 If you are a non-US citizen and an Indian, then PAN certainly works. Make sure to read carefully the form and fill it up cautiously.

What will happen after the book is published in Amazon? If any customer wants to buy that will Amazon contact you for the delivery? Which form will that be in printed or soft copy?
