3 years ago I bought that Alaska 5-1-1 for $4 dollars a gallon at my Walmart in there clearance and $1.50 for the quarts. I took all they had. went to another Walmart ( in February that year) and bought Brown Jersey garden gloves for 10 cents each and those white Gloves with Black rubber dots 3 for a Dollar. Took all of them too. I've never seen sale's anymore at Walmart like that probably because they store every thing in those shipping containers around back now.

So I just planted a bunch of different herbs, some lettuce, kale, and carrots into containers, They all are looking good so far but I’m worried to try much else due to the minimal light. Any suggestions? BTW try cutting your radishes with a mandolin, those things are awesome. Paper thin slices in seconds!

How is it that your lettuce has not bolted? I’m in NC too - Granville Co - any magic tricks? I am envious that you appear to have a lot of sun and good lettuce in early June! Yeah for you!

This video is amazing! Have you ever encountered yellowing of leaves? How would you treat that? I was inspired by your channel to start a vegetable garden myself and have encountered this problem

hi, some yellowing leaves at the bottom of plants are normal as the plant grows and ages. but sometimes it can be a nitrogen deficiency if it happens in a big way. Fertilize with the 5-1-1 Fish Emulsion fertilizer to make sure the plants are getting some good quality nitrogen. thanks
