Ummm, don't need to sit out, just minor switch of feet. don't somersault, but roll into cross waste shoulder, catch the cross waste arm and near leg in roll. Reversal and back points. Easy peasy. Not risky at all. Simple sport. My full body is stronger than your shoulder.
after watching this video i used this move in a wrestling match and won against my rival
Good work.
wish i had a rival
I've been wrestling since I was 5 and am now 29. I've always thought it was called " Grammy roll" 😆 🤣
Great vid. I always try to sit out and turn into my opponent but some guys can still follow me. This is a great solution for when i create that space
My son watched this video and used this move and I went crazy
I'm a coach and former college wrestler. His technique is not so good. Sorry.
+sgreen71778 was going to say that
cool story
Isn’t a granby when you roll over both shoulders??🤨
i like the shopping chart in the background
Awesome tech coach!
lol that's not the granby
This seems more like a flip shrug than a Granby, but then again it's pretty hard to tell the difference.
i love this video, also how you can roll on either shoulder depending upon if you want to hang on to the granby or escape
That's not a granby that's a somersault
You need to keep a hold of the wrist that has the tie waist for control
And if you hold his right hand in the end he is f...
thats a frontrow

Think about jigglypuff rollout
Here cuz islam making fun of porier
Not a horrible move but i don't think that's a granby
I don't recommend learning like this
200 lbs. vs. 135?
They usually don't need to be the same weight to demonstrate a move
No one is watching this in 2016 or 2017 are they
PhoenixSavageboi 1087 I am
I'm watching this in 2022
Great technique if you're looking to get pinned.
It works great, you only get pinned if you do it wrong.
@M Smith he did imply that it's supposed to be more explosive in his break down, but you have a good point
Yeah, learn to do a move well before posting it on youtube.
