Simplified Fried Chicken Tenders Recipe
Prepare Breading Station:
Bowl 1: Flour.
Bowl 2: Beaten eggs with a little water.
Bowl 3: Bread crumbs mixed with black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Bread the Chicken:
Coat chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally in bread crumbs. Set aside.
Fry the Chicken:
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Fry chicken in small batches for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels or a wire rack.
Make the Dipping Sauce:
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Serve with the fried chicken tenders.
