    magnetic particles testing ac current why check only surface why not subsurface ?

      Due to skin effect..ac passes only through the surface.

      Because they energy loss so slightly sub surface exactly 6mm as per standard

    Magnetic force lines are travel out side media north to south (path is parabolic shape)
    inside media south to north (path is straight line)
    inside maximum flux density,out side low flux density

    Hey you should get your facts straight before posting online. Magnetic lines of forces within magnets flow from south to north. Within air north to south. You are drawing arrows as if they flow in either direction. Get it right...
