Surely you didn’t read a singe article calling one bad to sell you the other and think it was the end all be all of the discussion? Use distilled water, clean regularly, you will be fine

The Warm Mist Humidifier sounds good. I would be using it during the Winter and would want the air as warm as possible.

I agree! Warm mist is great for winter. They do make models that have the warm mist feature!
@noaha.s9121 warn it dangerous for lid and animal warn it good only if nose is congestion. Cool are the best

For some of these humidifiers, we actually have individual video reviews and written articles that cover cleaning.
For me a defining factor is design: design plus functionality. All these may do the job but are an eye sore.
