To be a Levites Priest you have to be a descendant of Aaron and a tribe of Levi. It is a bloodline not anybody. Today the Jews do not have Levites Priests and Temple in Jerusalem and do not tithe. Present day tithe is a false doctrine.
The book of malachi talks about tithing.Tithing and offering is biblical and is still relevant even today because all what is written in the bible, though it hapened 2000 years ago, as christians its still relevant and alive.
