Hello Foodies!
velluli karam borugulu is the tasty and easy snack street food recipe can prepare easily at home. This karam borugulu is quite a famous street food in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh.
Borugulu is nothing but puffed rice. Some parts of Andhra Pradesh it is called as murmuralu in Hindi it is murmura.
Lots of recipes can create with murmura. Uggani is very famous in Rayalaseema which is also made with murmura. In a similar way Garlic murmura is also popular in Rayalaseema. especially in the districts of Kurnool and Anantapur.
Rayalaseema region Velluli borugulu recipe is simple, but I slightly changed and gave a twist to enhance the taste and flavour.
In this recipe, I add a 1/2 portion of sev to Murmura, can add an equal ratio sev. it's purely optional.
For velluli borugulu|murmura roasting on low flame is essential, or else murmura will turn soft after some time. Borugulu|murmura need to be roast on low flame to crisp. Can preserve this Spicy garlic murmura for 1 week.
