I’m a baker to and I’ve been vegan for 10 years and I can tell you right now the best replacement for sugar cookie recipe is aquafaba it’s juice from the can of chickpeas but it makes the best egg replacement and sugar cookies you can’t smell it you can’t taste it it’s packed with protein as you know and it’s very good for you it’s a literally bean water and it’s perfect for sugar cookie recipe and I bake mine all the time I even make chocolate sugar cookies out of it but here’s my recipe for vegan sugar cookies which I make all the time on my little RUclips channel. Recipe: best ever vegan sugar cookies 3 cups of all purpose flower 2 sticks of earth balance butter (Or other dairy free butter) 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup sugar 1 tblsp vanilla extract 4 tblsp Aquafaba (strained) Fridge for an hour then roll out and cut with flour Bake 350 8 minutes Cool
