I bought the palette and highlighters when it launched on ulta. Not because it was Twilight, but i loved the color story. Still waiting for them to arrive 😊 You look amazing Heather!!!!
First this look is lovely. Second, your roommate sounds charming lol. I also was a lot older when twilight released. I had never even read the books or heard of it but it is one of My favorite movie sagas of all time. I didn't even know about this release until the day before. After seeing it and Angie's video I'm excited for the restock. I too work in Healthcare and if I don't show up to work it affects a lot of people, they schedule months in advance so I get it.

I did watch the movies back then but rewatched a couple of the first ones this past Halloween season and realized how terrible the acting was, they were bad movies lol idk if they just aged poorly but Colourpop did an awesome job at capturing that moody rainy vibe of the movies and the packaging is beautiful. Loved your look. As someone who doesn’t really purchase Colourpop I am entertained by the drama, am I the drama? Lololol again you are very lucky
That’s so funny how you said you were ‘old’…I’m older than you and was a big fan. I saw the movies, not my favorite, but I enjoyed the books, a fun fantasy story. I have to say they did a good job on the color story, goes pretty well with the story. Nice Smokey look you created. 🧛♀️

Love the look and love these muted colours, but because I like them I have lots of them :P reminds me of Lois Cosmetics meet me in the underworld, Shroud Arcana and probably a couple of others. So I'm grateful I don't really want to buy this as it's so hard to get! (And even harder outside the US)
@@MascarasAndMixers ❤️ When I was in highschool in 1999-2003, and on through probably 2012, I wore a single colored shadow to match my outfit every single day (without an eye primer, mind you) and never felt out of my vibe and completely comfortable. Then came the big boom of neutral palettes of around that time and I started to feel weird wearing color, so I wore neutrals from like 2012/13-2020. Then I started incorporating more color and now I am a full blown color chick again. 😂 It's so funny to try and figure out what makes one comfortable and vibe versus not. Like, I really wonder what that threshold is. There's got to be some sort of psychological explanation for the threshold for comfort in makeup looks. Some go from caring a lot and being paranoid, to not at all! You inspire me to keep doing colorful looks and not giving a s*!&. ❤️
For a long time during covid, my patients only knew who i was because of my eyeshadow. We had to wear so much protective gear they couldn't really see anything else. Lol. I started in neutrals and quickly moved into pinks and purples (the gateway colors) and then all bets were off!
I love this eye look. The silver/white sparkle on inner lid had me captivated. Kept staring at it. Very beautiful, dear.

Yep! The ulta launch was sold out in less than 20 mins i think. So it lasted longer than colourpop. But still definitely not keeping up with demand.

Almost every day. Unless im short on time then sometimes it's more neutral and tame to mask my rushed blending lol
