Absolutely love this episode guys as I do all of them. Just a heads up... Valentine is my neighbor here in Las Vegas. He's been here almost two years now. Legend, great guy and legendary stories!I would love to see you guys have him on your show. Thank you for always bringing the legends on with the great stories.
John you need to get Jim cornette on here, it would be a great episode, he is a wrestling encyclopaedia and it would be hilarious, I don’t think im the only one who would ask for him to be on!
Doubt many remember this, but Don Muraco & Gerry Brisco formed a really good tag team in CWF in the mid-70's. Back then, as he mentions in the interview, Muraco had more than a passing resemblance to Jack Brisco and he was a face at the time. They had great chemistry & there was plenty of great competition then with Gary Hart's Army and Humperdink's Hollywood Blondes. I also remember Don reversing the figure four on Jack, but I don't think it was part of a hell turn. Pretty sure Muraco remained a face for awhile after that match.
One of the greats of the Rock "N" Wrestling Era....the first WWE Golden Era....man WWE back then got astronomical unheard of ratngs... they got like 60 to 70 million viewers in the 1980's...The Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant match on Saturday's Nights Mainevent got 15.2 rating that is 40 million viewers on MTV....that's unheard of ratings.
Great show Guy's! Just for fun, I went and looked at some Gerry & Jack Promo's. They all start the same. Jack is the bigger than life champion. When Gordon Solie questions it, here comes Gerry like an ole banty rooster 🐓 talking shit. Gerry's like Curly in the three stooges saying "let me at'em, let me at'em". Haha!, Love the Show!
Greatest IC Champion ever baby!

Nice that Muraco talked about the very big waves here in Portugal.
The Man, The Myth, The Legend....The Magnificent One, one of the all time great heals and workers there ever was.

From what I heard Pat Patterson and Ray Stevens were on fire in California .
If Mark Lewin isn't in the HOF, then it's not a real HOF as he is one of the greatest to ever do it
