Great video. I avoided this omnibus because I heard how bad the binding was. I'm glad it's getting a reprint.
Yeah the only reason I gave this a shot was because of the reprint 😂 It did hold up for 2 reads so far with the bad binding. Should be pretty solid now tho 👍🏻
This is useful for potentially saving so much money down the road. My GL Geoff Johns Omnis might need this soon.

I literally just ordered some book binding glue and a set of brushes to do this to a Zomnibus I bought off of eBay, fingers crossed it goes as smoothly as yours did 🤞🤓

I’ll probably end up using this in the future. Thankfully they just announced a reprint of Marvel Zombies lol.

Also recently reglued my zomnibus copy. But sadly, I used too much and the ribbon got glued to the actual spine lol
I was afraid of that myself… It’s tricky using the correct amount. Still as long as the pages are attached it really doesn’t matter if the ribbon is glued to the spine. It’s an older book so the actual spine should create a little eye for ya. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I used this exact technique and the rubber cracked and broke apart into pieces. Made it so much worse.
The rubber? Maybe to much glue 🤷🏼♂️
