- IN this video I will show How to change TBS Tango 2 welcome Sound, this is very simple TBS tango 2 mod. You can set any sound you like, movie dialogue, customer jarvis, robot style anything.
The sound you change has to be in WAV format so tango 2 can play when i switch on.

Good also for me ! I'm on a TBS MAMBO ETHIX, works great :)
So i found out why it was not working for me. You can make it a seperate file without editing the original. you have look for the follwing: if it's stereo, convert it to mono in the Track menu in audacity. it has to be on a 32000 hz rate, you can check that on the very bottom left of the window. then save it as wav with the encoding signed 16-bit PCM and your done.
yeah need to change stereo to mono, and dont change hz rate, it will make the sound worse poor quality
@@kleenexpresslaundrette2218 super late on this but in case anyone else is looking. It needs to be 32khz to work on Tango2

Thx for the tip. The audio and file naming can be simpler. You don't need to import the original into audacity. Just copy paste the name into audacity before exporting. It'll save you a step.

My cable accidentaly disconnected, now my file is currupted and cannot replace or delete the file. Any suggestions how i can fix this?
i would assume, that in theory, this should be able to work with replacing any audio that you want on it

It does not work for me... Tried diffrent sounds etc, any tips? Exportet to WAV on all sounds....
Try to edit existing file rather replacing it

Some browsers dont support it. If u are on windows try ctrl+shift+i
Great video. but for some reason my sounds are played at half the speed. it sound really creepy. what did i do wrong? i copied the file as a backup, then opend the original in audacity, muted the line, inserted my audio, exported directly to the tango 2 as WAV singned 16-bit PCM and overwrite the original. that's the right way is it?

Don't know if someone had the solution but I just speed up the sound x2 and that's it haha :D
you need to fix your radio.bin.... having the wrong one on your sd card is causing that calibration screen to pop up all the time. will cause a failsafe too.... ask me how i know..
I change the hello file one time, and now the second time the File is damaged?
Check the memory card, the memory card came with tango is not good quality. Mine got corrupted with in a day had to replace with sandisk 16gb

May be you can check first is it gone bad or not, there is a tbs link for card content zip on website. You can sure take backup

mine plays it to slow... i tried to play pornhub community theme. :(
Try editing exiting file which play normal, it might help
@@FPVWhoop Mine plays it slow as well. I edit the hello file with audacity as stated but it plays everything a tried slow.. Any ideas? Great video btw
Ok, so the track I had imported was stereo. I turned it to mono and it works. No my Tango says "I'm a pickle! I'm Pickle Riiiiick"
