I'm looking foward to build a salamangreat deck so this might be a dumb question, but, does anyone knows the reason why he doesn't use code of soul, is the utillity not that great? Also Great video as always
likely due to Prometheus atribute summon lock, If we talk heat soul require at least 2 cyberse monsters with different attribute, meaning if we go easy route and use splash mage you take 2 slots away in a 90% fire atribute deck that doesnt need as both pyro as raging Phoenix do job too and can ressuract themselves.
Code of soul is great but I think he want to play deck as full midrange and focus on more hand trap instead that's why he also didn't use Terrortop even it's a pretty good starter for salamangreat deck.
If you guys are interested in seeing Salamangreat played with Code of Soul with maximum board wipes, you guys should check out the channel Rogues Gallery TCG. Their Salad player mains the code of soul variant with terror top and it slays🔥🔥🔥

Using code of soul is the most optimal way, and only use 1 or 2 max of salamangreat of fire because you just want to summon it off of miragestaleo

ye you can not chain Accesscode gain atk effect but you can use it on resolution when it's resolve
