I do not agree on tis issue. Suppose all children deserve fair & same treatment in education no matter they are rich or poor. School fee, scholarships etc depends on the children academic achievement themselves. We talk about democratic country, being fair. The children is themselves their parents are their parents. Every individual should be given the rights to have fair education no matter are their system, fees, etc. Maybe think of some other ways to tackle the racism issue but not with the children. The rich parents also contribute to the country in term of income tax; this I agree & their children not deserving same treatment in education? You can't be just take but not given back......

What will happen to the poor student then? Study at privates U? Have to get PTPTN loans because it will cause a fortune for them? So from here, you can see the rich always have all the available choice on their table, while the poor, they have limited resources in the 1st place, which in turn, gives them limited choice in return. And if you're talking about equality, where's the equality in that if the limited slot of cheaper course so happened to filled the rich student into it while the poor student couldn't, because of luck said so. If the slots are unlimited, yes, we can talk about equality for all. After all, we are all living in the same country right? But in reality, it isn't, the slot are limited & with this "equality" mindset put onto the limited slots, thing like this will happen. By the way, if the Rich got unlucky & didn't get his chance into government U, there's private U for them, do they feels stings of pain from the cost of studying at private U? Yes, of course. But do they able to afford it? Yes, they are actually able to afford it easily. What about The Poor? You know the answer.

国民教育是给所有的国民都享有同等的教育。如果要交学费的，他们可以选择私立或国际学校。如果国民学校也要交学费，那么交学费的人是不是可以提出要求了呢？利与弊并存。关于富人，理应在大人的世界里让他们多纳税。而不是去干扰国民教育（不分你我他是谁）。在国民教育付费的那一方是不是有权利要求他们是可以专使用例如篮球场（因为我们付费了呀）。
