This is a beautiful home. I live in a home in Decatur & it is crazy how the value keeps rising. I purchased in 2013 for $95 & it is worth over $300 now. It’s true when agents say, “ location” “ location” “location”.

Yes, the prices vary depending on a lot of factors. Usually the model home is one of the last homes to sell in the community, and at the time of my tours, there's not a set price. Ill try to go back and update previous videos.

what is the HOA for this townhomes?
Hey! HOA is $260 a month. It includes maintenance for the exterior, grounds & a termite bond
260 a month, no big deal. Over 3k per year to be told all the stuff you cant do.
My husband and I just bought a house on an acre, no HOA. 2,400 sq ft, 1700 sg ft garage/ basement. Huge 2 car carport in stone mountain for about 250. We'd never look at a place like this, but I guess some people like it.
Imagine you live there 10 years, you dish out 30k+ in hoa fees and that's IF it doesn't go up, but it likely will.

The company had a design team that does everything!

I hope all the units have an elevator for three people at a time to go up. And the elevator cant be a cheap rendition of an elevator and be so slow. It has to he a commercial grade elevator that's strong and fast.
