The st Andrews acceptance rate is lower than Oxbridge, I want to apply to st Andrews but acceptance rate for non Scottish students is 8.35%, where as Cambridge is 21%. Idk about Oxford though.
oxford has their own entrance exams and interview process which they weight heavily in their admissions process while most other uni's only really look at school and general exams performance. You still need strong exams scores to get an offer from Oxford, but you can beat out other students with slightly higher grades if you do exceptionally well on these components, while most courses at KCL and LSE don't use extra exams or interviews and thus would usually offer the spot straight to the student with the highest grades and strongest personal statement

The website of KCL says that the minimum grade required to get into Physics BsC is 35 points with 766 at Higher Level while Oxford says that the minimum requirement is to get 39 and 766 at higher level. In IB those 4 points make a lot of difference. A student getting 4 points more than you is a league above you generally speaking so it absolutely makes no sense

An sich ist das weiterhin ganz normal möglich (ist auch nicht schwer, eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung zu bekommen). Bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob/wann sich die Studiengebühren ändern. Dafür am besten auf den Homepages der Unis, da gibt es soweit ich weiß schon Regelungen

I have just received the same offer from KCL. I applied for PPE and got an offer for Philosophy, it kind of freaked me out to be honest ahaha

Yes, for PPE (and some other courses) you have to do the TSA (more info is on the oxford website)
can I ask you what program you did before Uni and what grade you got? in order to have an idea of how their admission work
