You forgot to mention that dragonflies can be tamed with spider eyes and given armour, and dumbo octopus will make you a bubble helmet to prevent drowning. Also, fishing isn't the only way to obtain clams, drowned can sometimes drop them.

Clams can also be obtained by killing drowned, it's a random drop however. 2. dragonflies can be tamed with spider eyes that said, great video! My favourite mob is the Ferret, and not just because you can tame them... I just like feisty critters.
Right after I made this video the mod received a massive update, making dragonflies and red pandas tamable! More things were added but I can't remember what off the top of my head. Ferret is a good choice!

You basically need to install 2 mods instead of just the 1. Install geckolib like any other mod, here's the link: www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/geckolib

During the red panda section, did you mean to say it's hard to find because it spends most of its time sleeping or it's easy to find it because it doesn't scurry around a lot?. I'ma be honest, I don't think I'm that big of a fan of this mod. The mobs are nicely animated, but most of them either serve no practical application or provide a function so niche you'd probably never use it.
I feel like the main idea of the mod is to simply add more mobs to roam your world and that's it. I do agree with you though, the player doesn't really have a reason to interact with the mobs
That’s fair, but not all mods need to have a clear progression to be quality or fun. I agree this mod doesn’t have that progression and is niche, but I use it in a modpack which aims to improve Vanilla minecraft with filler mods, both for mobs and items. The modpack focusses on keeping the other dimensions challenging but the overworld rewarding in exploration (this because my girlfriend sucks at games and loves to build, and I myself need a bit more challenges but don’t like to stray too far from vanilla minecraft) In that sense this mod is amazing. My girlfriend loves playing around with the mechanics of these mobs. And it fits the vanilla game really nicely, compared to other mods.
