Thank you for the video and explanation. I am able to login using the admin credentials it does not prompt me to change password and when i refresh it does not save it so i am forced to log in again therefore i can`t use admin console. Do you have any fix for that?

same error i got did able to resolve this i have tried many ways to resolve still i don't get resolution. if you have solved this issue already kindly suggest me

Yes but do make sure you follow the upgrade documentation and have backup of nexus before the upgrade
