Every year, lakhs of students appear for MBA entrance exams to pursue management courses. But only a handful of MBA aspirants are able to crack MBA entrance exams in the first attempt.

I have heard stories of people who had excellent academic records and studied in prestigious Undergrad colleges clear CAT and get into the top B-Schools of India. I cannot relate to them as I am weak in maths and did perform well in school. But this josh talk really motivated me. Especially when he said never give up.

I think there are lot of hard working students in our country but our education system is totally fucked because top institutions are judging them on the basis of their past marks even after a guy scoring 98percentile in CAT .

Top B Schools which give too much preferences to Academics score have some serious issues.... They should focus on the development of an individual rather than past records of school and colleges.... We use to give examples of Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and many others but its tragic that our premiour institutions still give so much weightage to Academics....

I was also qualified NTA UGC-NET in political science without join any coaching as well I got 99 percentile marks. And this is my first attempt in my MA 1st semester and isn't my background political science.
