Personally, that's what I would want to tell them too. Their music really helped me out during a hard time (Spring Day after my Grandfather passed away and my sister moved out), and it really inspired me to work harder when I saw how dedicated they were to making their own dreams come true.

I just watch her video for explaining what happened that time. Tbh the staff should give a more clear instruction. They only told her "stand behind the line". Some people might think that means they should stay standing behind the line through all that. But, some people might also think that the staff just told them where to stand for recording purpose (for better camera angle, to get better view on camera, something like that). Considering she is a very new fans at that time and didn't know the culture difference between how kpop fans and u.s. artist fans act, what happened in this video is very understandable.
As far as I'm aware, they weren't the ones who chose the set up ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm 100% positive that if they had more time they would have happily spent it with the fans rather than just a few seconds with each other
I feel fans should be thankful either way so im glad they didnt grab at them to keep them longer (although one almost did). Many fans dont have opportunities to even see them in person so having the opportunity to see them face to face means a lot.
