It's interesting, we have to learn to move past the past I wish i could tell people who really experience this to an extreme and even to a less extreme extent that this despair, this fear, this shame and pain can be surrendered and left in God's hands so He can put it to good use and can help you heal. I couldn't move past some mistakes till i realized i didn't need to explain my embarrassment and shame, God already knew everything and would forgive unconditionally and would never turn me away. I had to let go, i could fix the present but i couldn't change the past, and other people's nasty opinions of me could go take a flying leap. The devil latches onto your fear and tells you to hold on too, you have to tell him ''GO AWAY''
