Sometimes I use only telegram messenger to talk, and I use youtube for learning English, my religion, mathematics, programming, and for other stuff like that.

Go to the gym, play a sport, read books, learn a language, go out with your family or friends and a million other things. When u fill your day up with Salah, sports, gym you’ll find u hardly have any spare time in the day and u can use that little time to relax on your phone it’s fine
If you did not watch please watch the social dilemma! It's a documentary made by the founder of all social medias! The craziest thing they don't even have social media. It would bring it to life what you learned in this lecture! I wonder if non-muslims feel about social media the way they feel on social dilemma documentary, what should I do as a Muslim???
