Something I really don't understand is that whenever I play. Everyone is getting cc'd every 5 of every 10 seconds, whenever I see him play it seems like he rarely ever gets ccd
Because he has better positioning and team coordination so someone who tries to CC would get punished for it.
Depends on what class you're up against and what class you are playing.
As a warlock for example, you're gonna get cc'd like hell until you're lying flat on the ground.

He isn't gonna post games where he gets CC the whole time or losses. Also 2.5 MMR 3k team would be totally different.
Good healers also know how to dispel cc instantly so you barely notice

I dont get it, why dont u ever HoJ healers even when they are point blank to you and you still HoJ the dps? like I know u are 100x better but am I missing something? Isnt it straight better to hoj the healer when on dps it can get dispelled?
Not necessarily, there are so many different scenarios where stunning different targets yield different results. It’s not as simple as just stunning healer and kill dps as dps can still kite, use defensives, los etc. Also there are DRs that the team is rotating and coordinating. Healers can always dispel hoj yes but if you are coordinating burst on the dps the healer has to either use a crucial global to dispel or decide to throw out big heals. TLDR it’s not as simple as just hoj the heals and kill dps
They were mostly just taxing the healers mana and taking the safe win when there's nothing left
How sad what they're doing to Rogues. Along with the insane CC nerfs next patch. That's what Rogues are, a control class. They don't have the highest damage or the most survivability. All these 1600 players complain non stop because they trinketed something idiotic and got perplexed by a Rogue.
That's fine I just geared a hunter and already faceroll stomping these dummies. Also working on my Lock and going to make a pally and warrior. We'll give them something worth complaining about.

Maybe I should have stopped queuing all of SL. Boomkins with Convoke were nuking whole teams solo, and twos teams would often be two DHs using the Hunt on one person. Even if you stun one of the DHs streaking across the map at you the other one also doing the hunt would still take your life instantly.

@@LlibertarianGaltplay a bm hunter than if you're tired of losing, can kite a ret all day especially with a druid slowing him or rake stunning him on wings. Skill issue clearly, they are still good but not God's anymore

They love making it incredibly difficult to balance their game. They should have went a different route with class creation. Other games manage to have class identity while making it so they can actually balance. Some classes have everything in their toolkit and others are bare-boned in comparison. Prime example is outlaw. That style of spec should have MS, but doesn't. Their whole thought process makes certain specs not viable. In a tab target game you lack the ability to outplay via skillshot which makes up for a lot of minor balancing issues so they should take a look at revamping what specs get what spells entirely. Would you rather play something that has multiple get out of jail free cards or one that gets 100-0 in two globals?

i havnt played retail since the launch of shadowlands, and watching this video gives me Heores of the Storm vibes instead of looking like a wow game.

blizzard has completely destroyed rogues this expansion there is no point to play a rogue assassination is useless,outlaw is worse and sub can barley burst anyone.sure sub mite be able to burst some noob in bgs but there will be 6 ret paladins waiting to destroy you.the class balance in dragonflight is the worst i have seen in wows history.
with the coming cc reduction changes blizzard just needs to do a full rework on the rogue class all specs there is zero point to play a rogue over a ret or demon hunter.

I got my fun in Solo Shuffle back. I tryhard whenever a Ret is in the enemy team and thow the round when the Ret is in my team. The rage is lovely.

@@draves8953 playing at 1400 to 1800 boosted rets were the nightmare. Felt like you could be dead in a second when they had wings.

You can power lvl 60-70 in like 20mins right now. Phasing elite gnoll kills with a group in azure span. He leveled them during one of his streams.

Can't get nuked by a rogue in one stun, 4 seconds before the stun would have ended every patch. Variety is the spice of life. If you have a preference of what spec gets to have an intelligent design and favorable tuning, your still picking favorites. Retribution has been nerfed more weeks in 10.0.7 than it hasn't been. If we nerf all the specs until only you have a fighting chance then we will all play your spec, and then congratulations, pvp balance achieved.
@@edwardhatfield5360 the dev team should focus on making every spec viable, you can't have 2 or 3 specs dominating the ladder while the rest of the specs not even viable to q up with. For example MoP had such a variety of comps in 3s because every spec was strong, it was the most fun expansion ever created. Also your statement makes zero sense- even if you nerf ret 10 times with 1% nerf each time and buff him once by 20% it will still be buffed overall lol. Fighting ret/lock teams with a different non meta comp is not even close to fun atm, why should anyone pay sub for that? no point

Now is OP for sure, we rets know that too and we dont want that, we want a solid spec. But to say every expansion ret is that good and never nerfed, tells me you play this game for 1 week or something.

@C J B you know. Lots of Convoking Boomkins and Hunting Demon Hunters were begging for nerfs in SL as they constantly queued for wins, I mean games. Oh wait, no one asks to be nerfed(in any meaningful quantity). Sometimes you get ice lanced into the grave, sometimes it's rapid fire, and once in a great while it's divine toll. Players use the abilities that do meaningful damage, this is not newsworthy.
Retribution isnt broken players are just good its skill!
